Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments and develop personalized care plans with a collaborative team.

We offer competitive pay ($36.00-$43.00/hr), comprehensive benefits, online CEU credits, and immigration support for H1B candidates. A current OT license and state credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification if required by state.
• Current state-licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and on file.
