Cedars of Lebanon is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily clinical and administrative operations of the facility. The LNHA will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while driving financial and programmatic goals for the campus.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of survey excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum two years as an administrator in long-term care; proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and evaluate progress.
• Monitor monthly performance relative to budget and intervene as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and train sufficient staff to carry out programs and services.
• Hold regular staff meetings for supervision and communication.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to promote programs within the community.

Job Summary:

Cedars of Lebanon is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to spearhead the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of our facility. As a key member of our team, the LNHA will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, while also driving financial and programmatic goals for the facility. Responsibilities:

• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement
• Monitor monthly performance of the facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
• Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services
• Schedule regular meetings with direct report staff to provide supervision, ensure communication, and monitor facility operations
• Conduct and document annual performance evaluations on each direct report staff
• Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines
• Work closely with sales/marketing staff to set strategies for promotion and expansion of the facility’s programs/services within the community
• Maintain a file for and monitor incident reports
• Ensure adequate preparation for, and participate in, regulatory compliance surveys

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare
• Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Must possess a current, unencumbered License to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Must possess proven leadership ability with at least two (2) years as an administrator in long-term care
• Must possess demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement
