Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safeguards the Neighborhood against institutional mindset and ensures quality life for residents.
• Ensures staffing levels and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitates daily stand-up meetings and oversees house standards and ethics.
• Manages financial outcomes and business office functions.
• Leads Clinical Support Team and coordinates care and safety with the QA committee.
• Develops marketing, public relations and advocacy within the community.
