Hopewell Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ohio seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead this skilled nursing facility. You will oversee resident care, staff management, compliance, and financial performance, guiding a team to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires an Ohio LNHA license, a Bachelor's in a related field (Master’s preferred), and 3–5 years of LNHA experience with leadership.

Qualifications

• Active LNHA license in Ohio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• 3–5 years as LNHA in long-term care; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and state/federal standards.
• Proven leadership and staff management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations ensuring high quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement policies to improve quality of care and regulatory adherence.
• Lead nursing, clinical, and administrative staff.
• Manage budget and monitor expenditures to maintain high standards of care.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels and staff training programs.
• Monitor care plans and resident services for issues and improvements.
• Oversee scheduling, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives including audits and safety inspections.
