Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead its team and oversee day‑to‑day operations in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will drive high quality resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, develop staff, and foster a positive, resident‑centered culture while achieving operational and financial goals.

This is a hands‑on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license and have long‑term care leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and state LTC requirements.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferred

• Skilled nursing/long‑term care experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of CMS regulations and state‑specific long‑term care requirements
