Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and overall operational performance. Strong candidates will lead interdisciplinary teams, support quality resident care, and help maintain efficient and compliant facility operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can balance clinical collaboration, team management, resident satisfaction, and financial oversight while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.

Work Setting: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 USD/Annually

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive within fast-paced operational environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, surveys, and quality standards
• Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and strong organizational skills

Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
