Topaz HR is assisting an expanding healthcare organization in Olean, NY to recruit a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and overall performance. This on-site, full-time role requires balancing clinical collaboration with strong financial oversight to deliver high-quality resident care.

Active LNHA license in the applicable state.
Experience leading skilled nursing or long-term care operations.

Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.

Support census growth and resident satisfaction initiatives.
Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork.
Partner closely with regional leadership and clinical teams.
Monitor facility performance and implement operational improvements when necessary.
Support recruitment, retention, and development of facility staff.
