Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and overall operational performance. Strong candidates will lead interdisciplinary teams, support quality resident care, and helpmaintainefficient and compliant facility operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Salary Range:$105,000 – $140,000 USD/Annually

Compensation

The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
