Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the facility’s annual budget, monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a strong and capable workforce.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation and reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of survey readiness, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on plans of correction.
