Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri or eligible for licensure.

Beloved Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility while ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and financial performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and state licensing requirements.
• Promote exceptional resident care and quality outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders and staff.
• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
• Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and department managers to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, safety programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and strategic planning to support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Missouri (or eligible for licensure).
• Experience managing a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong understanding of long‑term care regulations, reimbursement, budgeting, and survey processes.
• Ability to lead with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
