Job summary

Eastern Health Group is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the facility's operations, ensuring high-quality resident care while achieving business objectives. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, budget management, and active marketing initiatives to improve census and community relations.

The LNHA will oversee management staff, drive process improvements, and maintain survey readiness, with accountability for performance metrics and adherence

Qualifications

• Current/active state Nursing Home Administrator license.
• 3+ years related experience and 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with high level of professionalism.
• Ability to lead and develop facility staff and coordinate with departments.
• Experience managing budgets and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance care and workflow.
• Perform management duties including hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliant employment practices and maintain high morale and retention.
• Oversee facility maintenance, safety, and survey readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and address performance issues.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census and revenue.
• Lead the survey process to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend CEUs to meet licensure requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
