Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners in Baytown, TX, is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead operations of Focused Care at Cedar Bayou. You will ensure residents receive excellent care and regulatory compliance while aligning with company goals.

You will supervise clinical, environmental, and staffing functions, drive admissions and marketing, and coordinate with leadership to maintain high-quality care within budget and renovation plans.

Qualifications

• Current license as required by state law to be a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Clinical excellence, environmental safety, and appropriate medical care.
• Direct the facility staff to provide high quality in daily care within budget parameters.
• Listen to family questions and concerns, assist with resolving issues, and explain actions taken.
• Complete daily rounds to assess resident climate and address complaints or other issues.
• Oversee preparations for licensure certification surveys.
