Job summary

Cedars of Lebanon is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the daily clinical and administrative operations of the facility. The LNHA will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while driving financial and programmatic goals, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare.
• Current, unencumbered LNHA license.
• At least 2 years as an administrator in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and management skills in budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
• Monitor monthly performance of the facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for staff to carry out programs.
• Schedule regular meetings with direct report staff to supervise and communicate.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for each direct report.
• Maintain and guide implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to promote the facility’s programs and services.
• Maintain a file for and monitor incident reports.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory compliance surveys.
