The successful candidate will drive regulatory compliance, resident-focused care, staff development, and overall facility performance while building strong relationships with residents, families, and partners.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LNHA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or healthcare leadership preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and facility operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Lead department heads and facility staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and facility performance.
• Support census growth, referral development, and community relationships.
