Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in the United States is seeking a senior administrator to oversee a nursing center, lead department heads, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. You will promote community relations and drive engagement aligned with our core values and commitment to high-quality patient care.

The role requires licensed regulatory knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in administrative management and supervision within long-term care.

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
