Talentify is seeking an experienced Nursing Center Administrator to oversee operations at a long-term care facility. You will lead department heads, monitor financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote community relations while maintaining a commitment to high-quality care.

The role requires licensure, strong communication, and thorough knowledge of government regulations affecting Nursing Centers; on-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective actions as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
