Qualifications

• Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards and the ability to manage state and federal survey process.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations and ensure policy alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across state and federal guidelines.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects.
