Signature HealthCARE is offering a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) program with up to a year of fully paid training to prepare for becoming a licensed Administrator.

You will rotate through Administration, Nursing, Social Services, and more, learning talent acquisition, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. After training, a two-year service commitment and relocation within Signature HealthCARE locations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Current CNA or obtain within 12 months, LNHA license within 12 months.
• Relocate within Signature HealthCARE locations after program.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Work with an AIT Preceptor in rotations across Administration, Nursing, Social Services, Business Office, HR, Dietary, Quality of Life, Plant Operations, Admissions/Marketing, Medical Records, and Housekeeping/Laundry.
• Observe and participate in management duties: talent acquisition, performance management, budgeting, expense management.
• Develop knowledge of governmental regulations and surveys; ensure compliance.
• Lead in federal/state survey processes and regulatory compliance.
• Develop relationships with regulators, residents, families, and communities.
• Use survey information to address areas important to residents and customers.
• Participate in problem solving and process improvement to enhance care and operations.
• Partner with regional and home office support to aid facility operations.
