Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks compassionate, driven future leaders for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT). A dedicated preceptor will guide you through a 9–12 month rotation across Administration, Nursing, Social Services, and more to prepare for LNHA licensure.

Upon completion, a two-year service agreement and relocation within company locations are expected. AIT emphasizes leadership, compliance, and patient-centered care within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Accounting is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• Eligible for LNHA licensure within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a preceptor across multiple departments in a 9–12 month rotation.
• Participate in talent acquisition, budgeting, and expense management.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
• Build relationships with regulators, residents, families and providers.
• Engage in process improvements to enhance customer experience and workflow.
• Support facility operations with regional and home office teams.
