Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate, innovative future LNHA-in-Training to join our family of skilled nursing and memory care facilities. This paid AIT program offers up to a year of training to prepare you for becoming a licensed administrator.

You will rotate through Administration, Nursing, Social Services, and more, learning budgeting, regulatory compliance, talent management, and community relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; MBA preferred.
• LNHA license must be obtained within twelve months.
• CNA certification required or to be obtained within 12 months.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Administration, Nursing, Social Services, and other departments for 9–12 months.
• Assist with talent acquisition, budgeting, and expense management.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
• Provide guidance and leadership during government inspections.
