Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a 176-bed facility with a mission to revolutionize long-term care through patient-centered services and quality of life initiatives.

You will oversee strategic operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance using data-driven approaches and AI tools, while fostering talent and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of residence or willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA responsibilities measured by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the SNF facility with a focus on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
• Oversee P&L, operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
