Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA to lead our Terre Haute facility with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on quality outcomes. You will guide strategy, operations, and talent development while ensuring patient-centered care and strong community partnerships.

Ideal candidates hold a current LNHA license, have 3+ years of SNF leadership, and are experienced with P&L responsibilities and AI-enabled tools to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current state or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools.

What you Need to make a Difference:
