Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks an Executive Director, LNHA, to lead a high-performing skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute. You’ll drive patient-centered care, staff development, and community engagement while steering financial performance and strategic direction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in SNF leadership, a valid LNHA license, and a track record of improving quality outcomes and operations with innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of residence or be willing to obtain.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility in prior roles.
• Experience with AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
