Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Terre Haute facility in Indiana. You will guide strategic initiatives, oversee operations, and ensure high-quality patient care while directing a diverse team.

Must hold an active LNHA license in the state or be willing to obtain it; at least 3 years of running a skilled nursing facility; strong P&L experience and openness to AI tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the location or be willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility with visionary, entrepreneurial leadership to drive growth and outcomes.
• Oversee operations, clinical quality, staff satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Partner with teams to deliver patient-centered care and achieve regulatory compliance.

What you Need to make a Difference:
