Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an Executive Director/LNHA to lead our 176-bed skilled nursing facility with a focus on patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and staff development. The ideal candidate holds a current LNHA license, has at least 3 years of SNF leadership experience, demonstrates strong P&L management, and can leverage AI tools to drive performance and financial results.

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state or be willing to obtain one in the state of relocation.
• Minimum of 3 years leading a skilled nursing facility.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
