Signature HealthCARE seeks an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Roanoke Rapids facility. You will oversee operations, staffing, and patient care, driving a culture of quality, accountability, and resident-centered service.

In this senior role, you will implement strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes and sustainable growth for the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of employment.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
