Signature HealthCARE Sunrise Manor in Hodgenville, Kentucky, is seeking an Executive Director, LNHA, to lead our skilled nursing facility with a focus on innovative care and growth. You will guide clinical operations, staff development, and financial performance while upholding regulatory standards and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has an LNHA license and at least three years’ experience managing a skilled nursing facility, delivering strong outcomes in quality and engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA roles on clinical, staff, business, and financial outcomes.
