Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to all facility departments.
- Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and services.
- Lead initiatives focused on clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community.
- Oversee financial and operational performance.
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
