Adept Rehab and Nursing of Omaha is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Director to lead our skilled nursing facility in Omaha, NE. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical and financial performance while fostering a patient- and staff-centric culture.

The role demands a proven leader with a track record in census growth, survey readiness, and collaborative management of interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Current Nursing Home Administrator license.
Experience as LNHA in a long-term care setting.
Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.
Stable employment history and census improvement experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide leadership and direction to all facility departments.
Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and services.
Lead initiatives focused on clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community.
Oversee financial and operational performance.
Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and ensure ongoing compliance.
Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
