The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) oversees all aspects of facility performance, including clinical oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational results.
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will provide strategic leadership, support department managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture focused on quality, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional resident care.
$120 000 - $130 000 per year
An active Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license is required before the successful candidate begins employment in the administrator position. Candidates who currently hold an active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in another U.S. jurisdiction may be considered if they are eligible for Nebraska licensure by reciprocity and obtain their Nebraska license before the agreed-upon start date. Any offer of employment will be contingent upon verification of an active Nebraska license through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
