Job summary

Adept Rehab and Nursing of Omaha in Omaha, NE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Director to lead our skilled nursing facility. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational performance.

You will oversee daily operations, guide interdisciplinary teams, ensure census growth, and partner with residents, families, staff, and the community to maintain excellence in clinical outcomes and service

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care, skilled nursing, sub-acute, or similar setting.
• Stable employment history.
• Demonstrated experience with census growth and survey improvement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and guidelines.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise professional and administrative staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine commitment to resident care, staff development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to all facility departments.
• Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and services.
• Lead initiatives focused on clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community.
• Oversee financial and operational performance.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
