Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all facility departments
• Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and services
• Lead initiatives on clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement
• Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community
• Oversee financial and operational performance
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and ensure ongoing compliance
• Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams
