Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Experience as an LNHA in long-term care or similar setting.
- Stable employment history.
- Demonstrated census growth and survey improvement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
- Provide leadership to all facility departments.
- Lead initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop relationships with residents, families, staff and the community.
- Oversee financial and operational performance.
- Prepare for regulatory surveys and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
