Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
Provide compassionate overnight care.
Assist with repositioning, transfers, and other resident needs.
Monitor residents and report changes to the licensed nurse.
Respond to call lights promptly and maintain resident comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy.
Accurately document care provided and follow infection control and facility policies.
Communicate with nurses and care team, ensuring a quiet overnight environment.

Colonial Poplin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our nursing team on the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM overnight shift.

Position Details

Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Location: Fremont, NH
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide compassionate and respectful overnight care
Assist with repositioning, transfers, and other resident needs
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse
Respond to resident call lights and requests in a timely manner
Maintain resident comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy
Accurately document care provided
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies
Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the care team
Help maintain a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents throughout the night

Qualifications
