Job summary

Colonial Poplin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Fremont, NH is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants for the overnight 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our caring team.

As an LNA you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health overnight, document care, and collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure comfort, safety and dignity throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire LNA license in good standing.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Dependable and able to work effectively on the overnight shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, overnight care.
• Assist with repositioning and transfers.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain resident comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy.
• Document care accurately.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team.
• Support a quiet, respectful night environment.
