Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs in patients' homes under RN supervision. You will report to the Registered Nurse (RN) and follow the care plan.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid hands-on training, and tuition assistance to support your growth. The role pays $15.00–$18.00 per hour with benefits options including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old per state rules.
• Current CPR certification required and health certifications per state requirements.
• Maintains licensure or certification per state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Assist with household chores, meals, and delegated tasks.
• Assist with basic procedures as an extension of nursing services.
• Assist with ambulation or exercises as assigned.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN in a timely manner.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety standards.
• Complete visit records as per policy and attend required meetings.
