Job summary

Wealthfront Mortgage Operations (MOps) is seeking a licensed loan production partner to join our team, leveraging advanced automation to deliver a self-service mortgage experience.

You will guide Wealthfront clients through the intake and closing process, ensure data accuracy, set client expectations, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Mortgage License required (MLO license)
• 4+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines
• Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with wholesale/correspondent channels
• Knowledge of TRID and HMDA

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clients through the intake process and finalize their loan closing
• Ensure all initial application data and documents are accurate before submitting to Processing
• Act as primary point of contact and set clear client expectations on timelines and requirements
• Responsible for timely delivery of initial loan disclosures and adherence to all regulatory requirements
• Operates independently on standard files and escalates to Team Leads as needed
• Ensure that all loans originate in full compliance with federal and state regulations
• Adopts Company values in work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions
