Job summary

Wealthfront MOps seeks a licensed loan officer assistant to join our mortgage lending team in Seattle. You will work with Wealthfront clients, guiding them through the process with our technology platforms and tools. This role emphasizes service excellence and efficient, compliant origination.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, educate clients on timelines, and ensure accurate data handling from intake to closing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Loan Originator License is required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in mortgage lending.
• Experience at a mortgage broker is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
• Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through intake and closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy of initial application data before processing.
• Act as primary contact, setting clear expectations on timelines.
• Deliver initial disclosures on time and comply with regulations.
• Work independently on standard files and escalate as needed.
• Ensure loans originate in full regulatory compliance.
