Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in daily duties, helping to increase loan production and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely loan closings.

You will review applications, prepare disclosures, manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage products, and coordinate with title companies to schedule closings while providing clerical support and leveraging Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active NMLS license or commitment to obtain NMLS.
• 1 year mortgage-related experience with customer contact preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation via phone/computer tasks.
• Review loan disclosure packages and deliver to borrower.
• Create rate disclosure and redisclosure packages for borrowers.
• Review documents and loan files, highlight deficiencies, notify loan officer/processor.
• Obtain additional information via phone or email as needed.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers/processors.
• Support lending and processing in various stages as needed.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage products.
• Deliver appraisals and/or property valuations to borrowers and retrieve proof of receipt.
• Track outstanding items and follow up to ensure timely receipt of documents.
• Facilitate timely closings by coordinating with Title Company and customer.
