Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year mortgage-related experience with customer contact.
• Sales support experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage loan officers by reviewing applications and documents, performing routine clerical tasks, and communicating with borrowers.
• Deliver and explain rate disclosures and re-disclosures to borrowers.
• Review loan files to identify deficiencies and alert necessary teams.
• Obtain missing information via phone or email and clarify details as needed.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and specialized loans.
• Coordinate appraisals and valuations delivery to borrowers and confirm receipt.
