Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in daily duties and increase loan production. You will work with customers, officers, and processors to ensure a positive experience and timely closings.

The role focuses on reviewing loan documents, delivering disclosures, and managing a diverse loan pipeline across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage products, in the Pacific Time zone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
• Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower.
• Review documents to identify deficiencies and notify the mortgage loan officer and/or loan processor.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and loan processors as needed.
• Assist in managing a pipeline consisting of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, along with 203K and reverse mortgage products.
• Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with the Title Company and customer.
