Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Sales Assistant to support mortgage loan officers and ensure smooth loan production. You will work directly with CCM customers, loan officers, and processors to maintain a positive customer experience and timely closings.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, preparing disclosures, managing a diverse pipeline across loan types, and coordinating closings with title companies and borrowers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of mortgage-related experience including customer contact.
• Sales support experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage loan officers with reviewing loan applications and documentation.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver to borrowers.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for borrowers.
• Manage a pipeline across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage products.
• Coordinate closings with Title Company and borrowers to ensure timely closings.
