CrossCountry Mortgage, Mountain Region, is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our team and support loan officers in delivering exceptional client service.

You will collaborate with loan officers to gather documentation, process applications, and keep clients informed about progress, ensuring timely, compliant transactions. This role emphasizes relationship-building, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry with focus on loan processing and client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Strong communication to liaise with clients, underwriters, and team.
• Licensed as a Loan Officer Assistant in Colorado, or able to obtain licensure quickly.
• Detail-oriented, review loan files for accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers in managing and processing loan applications to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on loan status.
• Coordinate with underwriters and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
• Review loan files for completeness and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan progress in our CRM system.
• Support loan officers in preparing and submitting loan packages to lenders for approval.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and loan officers to discuss loan options and progress updates as needed.

Compensation: $60,000+ DOE plus bonus
