Chrysalis Health is a leading behavioral healthcare provider in Ohio recruiting licensed mental health professionals. The clinician will deliver individual and family therapy to diverse populations, with office, home, and occasional remote options.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Ohio as LSW/LISW/LISW-S or LPC/LPCC/LPCC-S or MFT/IMFT with a minimum 1 year experience.
• Experience working with children, adolescents and families.
• Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
• Understanding of developmental trauma, family systems, and somatic experience, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across age groups.
• Conduct and document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Provide individual and family therapy in Office, Home, with potential Telehealth.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and professionals.
• Maintain professionalism and compassionate care.
