Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LISW-S, MFT, IMFT) in Ohio for primarily office-based care with one remote day. You will provide individual and family therapy to diverse ages, with telehealth options, and a managed caseload.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,500, competitive annual salary ($50,000–$75,000), and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Must be licensed in Ohio as a Social Worker (LSW/LISW/LISW-S) or Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC/LPCC-S) or MFT/IMFT with 1+ year experience.
Experience with mental illness and/or substance use disorders preferred.
Comfort with children, adolescents, and teenagers.
Willingness to learn developmental trauma, family systems, or somatic approaches.

Responsibilities

Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs across ages.
Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
Deliver therapy in office and home settings; telehealth optional.
