Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed mental health therapists to empower the community and grow professionally within a supportive team.

Role focuses on outpatient therapy, comprehensive crisis and safety planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary group. Eligible for a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by hire.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists for holistic care.
