Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks licensed therapists to empower diverse communities. You’ll provide outpatient therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support clients toward licensure with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulations.
• Education aligned with professional licensing and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans and insurance authorizations promptly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and staff for holistic care.
