Job summary

ARC Health Partners is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists for partner practices across the United States. Roles include providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, with opportunities in-person, hybrid, or remote within applicable states.

Employment options include W-2 full-time, part-time, or 1099, varying by practice. Therapists join a network that supports clinical autonomy and provides operational and recruiting support while preserving each practice’s culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the applicable state (Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC or LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field is required.
• Ability to provide therapy independently and use telehealth tools.
• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload.
• Participate in supervision or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
