Job summary

ARC Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join partner practices across the United States. Roles include in-person, hybrid, or remote opportunities, with duties delivering psychotherapy, conducting assessments, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualified candidates hold an active license (PhD/PsyD or LPCC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC), and can provide therapy independently. ARC Health supports flexible schedules and professional collaboration within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in the applicable state.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Participate in supervision or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
