Job summary

ARC Health Partners is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists across partner practices to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Roles vary by practice in scheduling, location (in-person, hybrid, or remote), and compensation structures.

Qualified candidates hold a licensed status (PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC) and a master's or doctoral degree in a related field, with ability to provide therapy independently and use EHR/telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms

Responsibilities

• Providing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Managing an active caseload
• Participating in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhering to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies
